Every visit deserves a cheer.

A neighborhood business lives on its regulars: the person who gets their coffee every morning, the one who comes back every five weeks for a haircut. HoorayPass exists to thank them, every single time.

Why we do this

Big chains have their apps and marketing teams. The corner café has a stack of paper cards by the register, and not a minute to spare for another piece of software.

We give independent shops the same tool the big ones have, without the hassle. A card on their customers’ phones, set up for them, in French, at a price that doesn’t creep up.

Customers, for their part, don’t want more apps to download. The card lives where their bank card and transit pass already are.

What we stand by

Celebrating regulars
Every stamp is a small thank you. The card says it in plain words, at the right time, without pestering.
You have nothing to do
No account to open with Apple or Google, nothing to configure. You give us your logo, we do the rest, and we stay reachable.
Telling it like it is
A published price, no hidden plans. Clear information about the service, its price and available features.
French first
The card, the messages, the merchant dashboard and support are in French. English is there for those who prefer it.
Your customers stay yours
Your customers’ data belongs to you. We don’t sell it, we don’t use it, and you can leave with it whenever you want.

Wherever your business is, everything is done remotely.

The demo is done by video call. Your counter kit arrives by mail, ready to go, and your team is trained by video.

We walk you through your card, your colours, your reward and the counter experience. Bring your questions; we take the time to answer them.
