Tap “Add a stamp” to see what your customer sees at the counter. Sample card: the business is made up.

They come by daily. The card knows it.

Your best customers come every week, sometimes every morning. A card on their phone says thank you, with no paper card to print or stamp.

Starting settings, adjustable

  • 8 stamps for the reward
  • 2 stamps free at sign-up
  • Reward: a free pastry
  • Messages you can turn on: welcome, second visit, “just one more stamp”, reward waiting

All your team has to say

“Would you like your loyalty card?”

What works well in a bakery

Ideas we suggest at setup. We turn on only the ones you want.

  • Less waste at closing time

“6 croissants left: 30% off until 6 p.m.” Your regulars see it on their card on their way home.

  • Double stamps in the afternoon

To fill the quiet hours between lunch and the after-work rush.

  • A family card

The whole family fills the same card, if everyone agrees.

  • Birthdays

A small treat a few days before the big day. The right moment to order a cake.

  • Referrals

A customer invites a neighbor. On the neighbor’s first real visit, both get a reward.

  • The yearly calendar

Campaigns prepared for the year-end holidays, Mother’s Day, back-to-school.

About a dozen more visits a month.

Say an average sale is $15, with a 50% margin. About 12 extra visits a month pay for the subscription.

Two free stamps, and the card fills up.

With 2 free stamps at the start, 34% of cards get completed. With no free stamp, only 19%. And the customer makes the same number of purchases.

Your questions

I sell gift cards. Is that included?
Yes. The gift card is stored on the customer’s phone. It doesn’t expire and has no activation fee, as several consumer protection laws require. You sell it at the counter, with your register.
I have paper cards. Do my customers lose their stamps?
No. We move their stamps to their phone. Any bonus is your choice.
Won’t leftover messages annoy people?
Only customers who accepted your promos receive them. By default, each one gets 2 a month at most. And customers can unsubscribe right away.
