Last updated: September 29, 2026
In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Rules written plainly. In short: one all-inclusive price, a monthly plan with no commitment, and your members’ data stays yours. If a sentence isn’t clear, write to us at [email protected].

Using this website
Who runs this website
This website is published by 9558-3936 Québec inc., doing business as Ludolith, a corporation incorporated in Quebec (Canada), NEQ 1181697518, under the HoorayPass brand.
Information, not advice
The pages and articles on this site provide general information. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice. The figures quoted come from the sources shown with each one. They describe other businesses, not guaranteed results for yours.
Prices shown
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus tax. The price that binds you is the one in the contract you sign. We may change the prices shown. An existing subscriber is notified at least 30 days before any increase, and can cancel at no cost before that date.
Intellectual property
The text, images and software on this site belong to 9558-3936 Québec inc. or their authors. You may quote a short excerpt from an article with the source and a link. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are trademarks of their respective owners.
Links to other sites
We cite studies and laws with a link to their source. We’re not responsible for the content of those sites.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, without being able to guarantee it at every moment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
The service agreement in 8 points
The full agreement, the data processing agreement and the Google authorization are given to you in French before you sign. Here’s the gist.
Price
$149 once for full setup, then $89 a month, everything included, plus tax. Or $979 a year, setup included. No tiers, no paid add-on features.
No commitment
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard, at no cost. It ends at the end of the paid month. The annual subscription commits you for one year.
Your data
Your members’ data belongs to you. We process it for you, under the data processing agreement. You can export it for free at any time.
After it ends
You keep access to the full export for 30 days (60 days if a consumer protection law requires it for your program). After that, the cards are deactivated and the data destroyed.
Apple Wallet cards
They’re signed with the HoorayPass certificate. Apple can suspend this certificate. In that case, your members receive the link to their web card, which keeps working at the counter, like Google Wallet cards.
Google Wallet cards
You sign an authorization that lets us create and manage your Google Wallet card with our account.
Your responsibilities
You set your program’s rules. You honour earned rewards and prepaid balances, even after the contract ends. You approve your promos and follow the usage rules below. You name your privacy officer. You also sign the privacy impact assessment, which we fill in with you.
Quebec law
The agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec, before the courts of the district of Montréal. The French version prevails.
Acceptable use rules
Every business using HoorayPass, and any reseller or agency acting on its behalf, agrees to:
- send promos only through HoorayPass tools, to members who accepted them, without trying to get around the cap;
- write accurate promos (prices, dates, quantities), related to the business, with no misleading, hateful, sexual or illegal content;
- never offer a stamp, discount or gift in exchange for a Google review, nor ask only satisfied customers;
- run any contest, draw, prize wheel or scratch card through the HoorayPass draw module, or ensure compliance itself if it runs it elsewhere, and hand out the prizes announced;
- not use the platform for an excluded sector: cannabis, tobacco and vaping, gambling, adult content, pharmacy and health;
- collect no sensitive information about its members, whether in a preference, a survey or a message;
- keep PINs and logins confidential, and report any loss or suspicious use without delay;
- never import contacts or consents without holding proof, nor add people who didn’t sign up themselves;
- review and approve every text suggested by artificial intelligence before sending or publishing it;
- follow Meta’s rules for WhatsApp and Messenger, and Google’s rules for reviews;
- never sell a gift card or prepaid pack with an expiry date or activation fees, and honour balances.
If one of these rules isn’t followed, HoorayPass may suspend promos, then the account, after notice, except in an emergency.
