How many visits pay for the subscription?

Enter your average sale and your margin. You’ll see how many extra visits a month pay for the subscription.

Start from an example

In dollars, before tax.

What you keep from a sale once your products are paid for. As a percentage.

Your extra visits, each month

Example

About 22 extra visits a month cover the $89 subscription.

Less than one visit a day.

Subscription: $89. What you keep per visit: $4.20. $89 ÷ $4.20 = 21.2, rounded up to 22.

The examples are guesses: put in your own numbers. Tax not included. It’s a calculation, not a promise.

Several locations?

Each location gets every feature.

Example: Camille fills the same Café des Habitués card at three of the shop’s locations. The second and third locations cost less than the first.

The price per location drops from the second one.

Your questions, our answers

Price and payment

Does the price go up if I have lots of customers?
No. $149 once, then $89 a month, all included, plus tax. The price doesn’t go up with your number of customers or the features you use.
I’d rather pay less for fewer features.
There’s only one offer, at the same price for everyone, with everything in it. We start with the essentials, and you add the rest whenever you like, without paying more.
Are there any other fees?
No feature is sold separately. The only extras are the ones you ask for: a barcode scanner (the camera is enough) or a kit if a stand goes missing. You always get the price in writing first.
How much do text messages cost?
No text messages for now. Your reminders go out as Wallet card notifications, included.
How do I pay?
By credit card, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. The invoice shows taxes separately. You see your invoices and change your card in your merchant dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. The first month is billed when your card goes live. Before signing, you see the actual card on your phone during the demo.

Setup and day to day

I don’t have time to deal with this.
You don’t set anything up. We prepare everything from your logo and colours, then train your team by video. Your team just has to ask: “Would you like your loyalty card?”
How does setup actually work?
Everything is done remotely, wherever your business is. We prepare your card from your logo, you approve it on your phone, and the counter kit arrives by mail, ready to go. Your team’s training is given by video, in 15 minutes.
Isn’t all this too much for me?
There’s nothing to learn on day one. You choose your program, your reward and which messages to turn on. The rest is there, and we’ll show you whenever you like.
I already have paper cards. What happens to them?
Keep them. From setup day, each customer’s stamps move to their phone. You choose whether to offer a bonus, and how many stamps.
Does it work with my register?
Scanning the QR code at the counter works with any register. The link that gives stamps automatically is ready for Square, Square Appointments, Vagaro, Moneris, Clover, Shopify, Toast and TouchBistro. Each one turns on as soon as the provider gives us access. Then we connect it remotely: one click from you, under 2 minutes. We can’t promise a date, and you pay nothing extra.
What about tapping the phone, contactless?
The QR code is the main method: it works everywhere, with no special device. Customers will also be able to hold their phone near the terminal to get their stamp as they pay. It’s ready, but Apple and Google must approve it, and you need a certified terminal. We turn it on as soon as the approvals arrive; the certified reader is optional and sold at cost.
How do I stop staff from cheating?
Each staff member gives stamps with their own PIN. Beyond a daily limit, a manager’s PIN is needed. Everything goes into a log that can’t be erased, even undos. And you get an alert if someone keeps stamping the same customer, or stamps outside your hours.

Your customers

Not all my customers have an iPhone. Does it still work?
Yes. The Google Wallet card does everything the Apple one does: stamps, reward, member number. The rare phones with neither get a web card with the same QR code.
Is it complicated for my older customers?
It’s a QR code to scan and one button to tap. If the customer hesitates, your staff shows them in 10 seconds. Staff can also sign them up with their first name and email: the customer gets the card link by email.
Why not just an app?
An app has to be downloaded, opened, and needs a password. The Wallet card goes where your customer already keeps their bank card. Nothing to download, nothing to forget.
What if Apple blocked my card?
Every customer also has a web card that works without Apple, and the Android card doesn’t depend on Apple. If Apple ever blocked our cards, we’d send the web card to your iPhone customers in under 15 minutes. Your counter would keep scanning, and nobody would lose their stamps.
I sell prepaid packs. Do I need a payment account?
No. You sell at the counter, like today: the money goes into your register, and your staff records it on the card. The customer sees their balance on their phone. If one day you want to sell online, we set it up with you by video, with only the information the law requires.

Your data and leaving

What if I want to stop in six months?
You leave whenever you like, at no cost, with a full copy of your customer data. The monthly subscription has no commitment. The yearly option commits you for one year: that’s the trade-off for the 1 free month.
What happens to my customers’ cards if I stop?
For 30 days after the end, you download all your data for free. That becomes 60 days if a consumer protection law requires it for your program. After that, the cards are turned off and the data destroyed. Your business still owes your customers the rewards they earned and their prepaid balances.
Is it legal to keep my customers’ data?
Yes, and we help you do it right. Each customer consent is asked for separately, your privacy policy is ready and incidents are logged. You remain responsible for your customers’ information. We give you the documents ready to sign and fill them in with you. The list of our service providers, including Apple and Google, is public. See our list of service providers
