Site accessibility

Updated September 30, 2026

We aim for level AA of the WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines. Automated tests are good, but no expert has checked everything yet, so we don’t claim the site complies. Here is what’s checked, what’s left to do and how to report a problem.

The target standard

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the W3C. They cover this sales site, in French and English, and the pages your customers open on their phone: sign-up, web card, "my data".

Status: conformance targeted, not yet declared.

What we do on every page

  • Calculated contrast

Every text colour is checked by a script against its background, in light and dark themes, with a minimum of 4.5:1 for body text.

  • Everything by keyboard, with visible focus

A 3 px outline always shows where you are. A link at the top of the page goes straight to the content. The phone menu keeps the keyboard inside it and closes with Esc.

  • Targets that are easy to tap

Buttons and menu and navigation links are at least 44 px tall, the assistant included.

  • Less motion if you ask for it

If your device asks to reduce motion, the site replaces animations with short fades or removes them.

  • Text alternatives

Every photo and card image has text that describes it. No important text exists only inside an image.

  • One page per language

Each page declares its language, and the language switcher leads to the same page in the other language.

Test results

The Lighthouse tool (version 13.5) measures accessibility with axe-core. A score of 100 means a machine found no errors. It doesn’t replace a check by a person.

Complete journeys were also done with the keyboard alone: from the home page to the demo form, the mobile menu, the language switcher, customer sign-up and the counter station.

Known limitations

  • No screen reader testing yet

The site hasn’t yet been tested end to end with NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver. That’s the next step.

  • Cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Once added, the card is displayed by Apple’s or Google’s Wallet app: its accessibility depends on their app. The web card is ours and follows the same rules as this site.

  • Items to recheck in the app

At the counter and in the merchant space, tests found buttons of 36 to 40 px and a keyboard focus that gets lost after “Add a stamp”. A spoken announcement also needs confirming. The fixes haven’t been rechecked yet.

  • Sample card images

The sample card renders are images in French. Their content is written next to them, as text, in both languages.

Report a barrier

Is a page, a button or a document blocking you? Tell us which page, what you were trying to do and what stopped you. A person answers you and, where possible, gives you the information another way, by email or by phone.
