A loyalty card for your beauty salon.

A card on your clients’ phones that reminds them when it’s time. We set it all up.

A beautician massages the face of a client lying down, eyes closed.

Tap “Add a stamp” to see what your customer sees at the counter. Sample card: the business is made up.

Between appointments, life gets in the way.

Nails, lashes and waxing have their own rhythm. Four weeks after the last treatment, your client gets a note on her phone. A link invites her to come back.

Starting settings, adjustable

  • 6 stamps for the reward, one per visit
  • 1 stamp free at sign-up
  • Reward: a free treatment
  • Reminder 4 weeks after the treatment, adjustable to your treatments
  • Messages you can turn on: welcome, second visit, “just one more stamp”, reward waiting

All your team has to say

“Would you like your loyalty card?”

What works well in beauty

Ideas we suggest at setup. We turn on only the ones you want.

  • Treatment packs

Sessions paid in advance. Your client sees on her card how many she has left. No expiry date and no activation fee, as several consumer protection laws require.

  • Monthly membership

One treatment a month, at a set price. You choose the usage limit.

  • Referrals

A client introduces a friend: both are rewarded on the first real visit.

  • A private survey

One question after the treatment. A poor rating reaches you right away, so you can fix things before it’s too late.

  • The stamp after the appointment

A scan at the counter is all it takes. Coming soon with Square Appointments or Vagaro: the visit will count automatically when the appointment is done.

  • The big dates

Campaigns ready for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, with gift cards in the Wallet.

Being recognized matters.

For 48% of customers, what matters most is staff remembering their name or their habits. When you scan the card, you see the first name and number of visits.

Your questions

Can I sell treatment packs with the card?
Yes. You sell them at the counter, with your register, then your team adds them to the card. Your client sees her balance on her phone, with no expiry date. The terms of sale are ready, in French.
My clients don’t want too many messages.
Only those who accepted your promos receive them. By default, it’s 2 a month at most. They can also turn off their card’s reminders in one tap.
Is my clients’ information protected?
Yes. It’s protected under the privacy laws that apply to your business. The card only asks for a first name and a phone number or email. Never health information.
