Tap “Add a stamp” to see what your customer sees at the counter. Sample card: the business is made up.
No time for another app? Good.
Between two clients, you’re not going to set up a program. We do it for you, remotely. When a client is due for their next cut, the card reminds them.
Starting settings, adjustable
- 5 stamps for the reward, one per visit
- 1 stamp free at sign-up
- Reward: a half-price haircut
- Reminder 5 weeks after the haircut: “It’s been 5 weeks since your haircut.”
- Messages you can turn on: welcome, second visit, “just one more stamp”, reward waiting
All your team has to say
“Would you like your loyalty card?”
What works well in a salon
Ideas we suggest at setup. We turn on only the ones you want.
Haircut packs
Five cuts paid in advance, with no expiry date. Clients see on their card how many they have left. You sell them at the counter, with your register.
“Regular” status
Your best clients see it on their card. Recognition that costs nothing.
Referrals
A client brings a friend. They get their reward on that friend’s first real visit.
The stamp after the appointment
A scan at the counter is all it takes. Coming soon with Square Appointments or Vagaro: the visit will count automatically when the appointment is done.
Bringing back absent clients
A client who comes every four weeks and doesn’t return gets a note, at the right time.
Quiet slots
Double stamps on Tuesday mornings, for example, to fill empty chairs.

About five more haircuts a month.
Say a haircut costs $30, with a 60% margin. About 5 extra visits a month pay for the subscription.
Sample calculation using assumptions. Try your own on the Pricing page. See pricing
A regular is worth a lot.
A regular client, who comes 4 or more times a year, brings in 6 times more than a one-time client.
