Automatic messages for your customers, at the right time.

Welcome, second visit, birthday, customers who stopped coming: messages go out on their own, set for your trade.

Example
Café des Habitués : One more stamp left!
A free coffee on your next visit.

The right message, at the moment it matters

The second visit is the hardest to get. A forgotten reward, a customer who stops coming: these moments slip by when you’re busy. Automatic messages take care of them, in your business’s name.

How it works

  1. You choose which messages to turn on

The welcome message, the second-visit reminder and “Just one more stamp”.

  2. Each customer’s rhythm is tracked

A weekly customer who vanishes for three weeks gets a win-back; a monthly customer doesn’t.

  3. You add what suits you

Birthday, next-visit reminder, weather, end-of-day leftovers, or your own message.

“It’s been five weeks since your haircut.”

What’s included

It’s all in the subscription, for every business, with no upgrade to buy.

  • Welcome, then an invitation to come back if the second visit is slow to come.
  • “Just one more stamp.”
  • A reward not used yet? A reminder after 7 days, then after 21 days.
  • Birthday, a few days ahead.
  • A message to customers who stopped coming, based on their usual rhythm.
  • A reminder at the right time: “It’s been 5 weeks since your haircut.”
  • A reminder of what’s left on a prepaid package.
  • A Google review request, sent to all customers with no reward, as Google requires.
  • A private one-question survey. If the score is bad, you’re alerted.
  • A promo sent based on the weather.
  • At the end of the day, your regulars hear what’s left to sell.
  • Your own automatic messages: you choose when they go out, after how long and to whom.

Your questions

Do these messages count toward my promo limit?
A simple card update, like “reward ready”, isn’t a promo. A message that invites people to buy is one. It needs the customer’s consent and counts toward the limit.
What about Google reviews?
The review request goes to every customer, with no filter and no reward, as Google requires. A one-question private survey alerts you if a rating is poor.
Can I write my own scenarios?
Yes. You choose when the message goes out, after how long, to whom and what it says. We help you set up the first one.
