Tap “Add a stamp” to see what your customer sees at the counter. Sample card: the business is made up.

A first meal is nice. The second one is everything.

Most new customers don’t come back on their own. The card reaches out at the right time: a welcome note, an invitation if the second visit is slow to come, a reminder when a reward is waiting.

At bar and grills, 75% of new members stop coming after 90 days. That’s why the card writes to them on its own.

What works well in a restaurant

Ideas we suggest at setup. We turn on only the ones you want.

  • Dollar credit

Part of the bill comes back to the customer, to spend on their next visit. Or points for each dollar spent, with their value shown.

  • Quiet evenings

Double stamps on Mondays and Tuesdays, to fill quiet nights.

  • Linked to your register

A code scan is all it takes, with any register. Coming soon with Square: the visit will count automatically at payment.

  • Google reviews, honestly

The review request goes to all your customers, with nothing offered in return. That’s what Google requires. We also prepare a draft reply for you to approve.

  • A private survey

One question after the visit. A poor rating reaches you right away, so you can fix things before it’s too late.

  • Birthdays

A free dessert a few days ahead. A nice reason to come celebrate with friends.

A lit wood-fired oven, with a pizza baking near the flames.

Members come back more often.

In the restaurants studied, about 7% of customers come back. Among program members, it’s nearly 30%. And for nearly half of customers, being recognized matters more than a discount.

Your questions

I already have a register. Why another system?
You keep your register: the card sits alongside it. You scan the card at the counter. The link with Square, Moneris, Clover, Toast and TouchBistro is ready. It turns on as soon as each provider gives us access, with no promised date.
What if my servers forget to offer the card?
Table cards remind your customers about the card. You also see how many sign-ups each staff member brings in. A friendly team contest helps a lot.
Can we offer something for a Google review?
No. Google forbids offering anything in exchange for a review. It also forbids asking only happy customers. So our request goes to everyone, with no gift.
