A digital loyalty card for your car wash.

No number to look up at the register. The card is on the phone, and the free wash is waiting.

Tap “Add a stamp” to see what your customer sees at the counter. Sample card: the business is made up.

Your customers are in a hurry. So is the card.

At the counter, your staff scans the code with a camera or a barcode scanner. The stamp lands on the phone before the car enters the wash.

Starting settings, adjustable

  • 5 stamps for the reward, one per wash
  • 1 stamp free at sign-up
  • Reward: a free wash
  • Messages you can turn on: welcome, second visit, “just one more stamp”, reward waiting

All your team has to say

“Would you like your loyalty card?”

What works well at a car wash

Ideas we suggest at setup. We turn on only the ones you want.

  • The wash club

A monthly membership. You set a limit, for example one wash a day. The card shows whether the membership is active.

  • The 10-wash pack

Paid in advance, with no expiry date. Customers always see on their phone how many washes they have left.

  • After the storm

A promo that goes out on its own when snow and salt hit the roads again.

  • Quiet hours

Double stamps on weekdays, midday, when the bays are empty.

  • Balance reminders

When one or two washes are left in the pack, the card suggests buying more.

  • Bringing back absent customers

A regular who stops coming gets a note, based on their usual rhythm.

About eight more washes a month.

With a $20 wash and a 60% margin, about 8 extra visits a month pay for the subscription.

Two free stamps, and the card fills up.

The best-known academic study on the topic was done at a car wash. With a 10-slot card and 2 free stamps, 34% of customers completed it. With an empty 8-slot card, only 19%. Yet both took the same number of washes.

Your questions

My customers stay in their car. How do we scan?
Your staff scans the phone through the window, with a tablet or a barcode scanner. If the code won’t read, they type the member number, which is very short.
How do I collect payment for a wash membership?
At the counter, through your register, like today. Your staff records it on the card. If one day you want to sell it online, we’ll set it up with you.
What if the network goes down?
You can still give stamps. They’re kept on the device and sent as soon as the network is back. Only giving a reward has to wait for the network.
