The counter opens in the browser of a device you already have. One button, one scan: your team learns it in a minute. Code won’t scan or network down? A short number can be typed in, and stamps go through when the network is back.

How it works

  1. Staff enter their PIN

    Every action is logged under their name, and the tablet is tied to a location.

  2. They scan the customer’s card

    With the camera, or with a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner if you prefer.

  3. The stamp goes to the card

    The customer’s first name shows with their number of visits: enough to greet them by name.

  • Short member number to type in if the code won’t scan.
  • Find a customer by first name and 4 digits of their number. The rest of the number stays hidden.
  • At each scan, the screen shows the customer’s first name, visits and favourite item.
  • Internet down? Stamps still go through.
  • A self-serve tablet: customers give themselves their stamp.
  • Paper stamp transfer, with a bonus only if you choose one.

Your questions

Do I need to buy equipment?
No. A tablet or phone you already own is enough. A barcode scanner is still an option if you have one.
What if a staff member makes a mistake?
They undo it themselves within minutes. After that, a manager undoes it, with a reason. Nothing is erased: the undo is added to the log.
Can customers give themselves their stamp?
Yes, with a self-serve tablet on the counter. A short wait between two stamps prevents duplicates.
