A backup web card, for every other phone.

The same code and the same balance, in the browser. It also lets customers recover their card by phone or email.

Nobody is left without a card

Some phones have no Wallet, and some customers change phones. So every customer also has a web card: a page in their name, with their code and stamps. It scans at the counter just like the Wallet card.

How it works

  1. It exists from sign-up

Every member gets the link to their web card, even if they added the card to their Wallet.

  2. It scans like the others

The same code, the same short member number, the same balance, updated with every stamp.

  3. It can always be found again

Lost card, new phone: the customer recovers it by phone or email, with all their stamps.

New phone, same stamps.

What’s included

It’s all in the subscription, for every business, with no upgrade to buy.

  • Backup web card, with the same code, for every other phone.
  • A lost card can be recovered with all its stamps.
  • The right button for each device: Apple on iPhone, Google on Android.
  • Your staff can sign a customer up themselves: the card link goes out by email.

Your questions

Does the web card get notifications?
Yes, if the customer allows them. On iPhone, they first need to add the web card to their home screen. That’s why we recommend the Wallet card first.
Is a password needed?
No. The customer gets a link by email to recover the card. There’s no account to remember.
Does it cost anything extra?
No. It’s part of the subscription, like the Apple and Google cards.
